Advice please!!

So two days ago I did two pregnancy tests got two faint lines on both (photo below)

Yesterday I did another one and again got a faint line on it (photo below)

So today I had pink discharge and some light red spotting so I went to the doctors at 4:10pm and did another test with them and again it’s a faint line,

they’ve told me to go back next Wednesday morning to do another test to see if it gets darker and to see what’s going on

Has anyone else had this and it ended up in a successful pregnancy???🙌🏻 need some positive thoughts🙏🏻

I would be 3 weeks and 5 days and I’m praying this baby sticks🤞🏼👣❤️
