TMI. sore on labia

I had thrush a week ago, and had manic itching. To the point I made myself bleed. I took a pessary and it disappeared. I now have got white discharge again and painful urination, to the point I actually have begun to cry. I believe the painful urination is due to the sore I have though. It’s almost as if there’s a hole. It’s not a lump, it’s more a fissure. WHAT IS IT 😭

EDIT- I scared myself looking on google and of course top result is herpes, however my boyfriend had sti checks, including herpes as he had his bloods taken and it all came back clear and this was around 2/3 weeks ago & I lost my virginity to him, so I couldn’t have got it from anyone else ? 😣
