I just want answers

My period is 30 days late, I am way more tired and I get tired faster than usual. I have this weird feeling in my stomach and can’t go to the bathroom like usual. I am currently on birth control & my period came regularly every month except last month it never came and I just got my shot again yesterday. & the past 2 days I have had a little blood on the tissue after I pee but none in the toilet. I took 3 at home test and a pee test yesterday when I got my shot. All were negative. What the hell is wrong with me?
