Semen Analysis

We have been TTC for about a year and a half. We finally got my husbands semem checked and he is supposed to have 16million sperm per same and he had 6million. Out of those sperm at least 4% should have normal morphology and he had 0% normal. I’m devastated and trying to not just to conclusions but this is heartbreaking. He had been on testosterone for about 3 years but has been off of it the last 6 months. Has anyone ever had similar news? Does this mean we have to go through IVF? 💔
