Is it okay to take D3 vitamin pills while pregnant?

Ive been taking D3 pills due to having a vitamin D deficiency. Is it bad that I take these one a day??

Ask your doctor.  I am Vitamin D deficient and so my gastro doc put me on 50,000 IU per week.  My OB said it was OK.

You should consult this with your doctor at your prenatal check up, they will want to document that you are taking it as well as explain to you if your body in particular actually needs it, as well as telling you any other information you may need to know concerning it.

Sorry I answered no to the "is it bad I take these". Then realized your question was directed at is it ok to take lol.  Most people are deficient in Vitamin D and there have been studies done during pregnancy that show it helps prevent miscarriage.  Taking 1000 mg a day is the max I would take.
