tooth pain

im in so much pain I can cry . last month I would get this pain that would wake me up every night & cone to find out it was an infection. I had to get a root canal and they used a lot of local anesthesia. a week later I had to go back and more anesthesia was used. now that is taken care of , yesterday this sharp sharp pain woke me up out of my sleep & this time it's my wisdom tooth . & nothing is helping. I have ibuprofen & read up on it and seen that it wasn't safe but the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep lots of crying & a call out from work & I don't see a dentist till the morning . I took two ibuprofens & thats not even helping I just want to cry , the pain is unbearable . and I'm scared for my baby this is so much work & medicine . the ultrasound already showed a bright spot on her heart
