I'd like to sell one of them if I don't end up using it. I feel like it might be harder to sell the First Years pump since I don't have the box anymore and people may not believe that I really haven't used it yet?

I don't think you're allowed to sell the pump from your insurance.

If your insurance is Medicaid it is illegal to sell the pump or even give it away. Same thing goes for if WIC gives it to you. If the insurance company is one that you actually pay on (like costs you money per week or month etc./not goverment funded) then it is not illegal to sell but it is highly frowned upon and considered unethical.

I'd sell the one you bought. It's not that hard to sell on offer up. I sold 2 used breast pumps but I sold it with sterilizers I bought. 
Plus it's illegal to sell anything you get from the state.
