Subchorionic hemorrhage

I was diagnosed with a SCH at 6 weeks and I’m now 11 weeks. Of course I feel so blessed and grateful to be pregnant. But I literally broke down today because I don’t feel I can truly celebrate this pregnancy while I’m spotting nearly every day. I even had an emergency ultrasound today because I was bleeding quite a bit and sure enough, little bean was in there jumping around with a strong heartbeat! I’ve been doing everything the doc tells me but I’m just afraid.

Has anyone had one and do you have any tips for me?
