40 weeks

so this tue i got my membrained striped was 3cm dilated baby head is low an ready. i had cramps an lost my blood show yesterday so far no labor. cramps yes im also very stressed out. i am fighting an not talking to my baby father. i know we will get through it but guess just hard right now. any ways. if doesnt come before tue i have an appointment my last not sure what will happen or what she will saym im hoping to go in labor by then. any advice??
