Pms on the pill?

I am taking tri-Estrylla at the moment, a combination bc.

I am finding that out of the four week supply, I seem to get nipple sensitivity and acne throughout the third week, or last week of active pills is that normal?

I was on tri-Estrylla for about a year with somewhat this problem, hit or miss monthly, then switched to Loryna for three months and wasn’t enjoying it, so now this is my second month back on my tri-Estella.

Is this normal and okay? I am not usually sexually active, probably once every three months, and use protection
