False Positive/PCOS/Symptoms?

I got three positive pregnancy tests yesterday. I went for blood work this morning (still waiting on the results) and I have an ultrasound booked for this afternoon. I have PCOS and was told two cycles ago that I had a large cyst on my right ovary.

I so scared that these are false positives due to the cyst. I have sore breasts, mild cramping and I threw up this morning...could just be nerves. I ate breakfast pretty quickly and took a prenatal vitamin.

I had what seems like light implantation bleeding on May 24 and it lasted three days.

This app is telling me I’m about 5 weeks along. Is this just my PCOS fucking with me?!
