Messy stubborn roomate

hey girls! im hoping I could get some support regarding my current situation, or advice if any of you have gone through something similar.

my best friend and I decided to move in together and after 2 months of clashing over cleanliness she left.

she paid her half for the month ahead(since she left couple days before rent was due again)

and she never came back, I asked over and over again for the keys back, or for her to sign off on the lease since we became hostile and I no longer trust her inside my apartment by herself.

she was always messy and gross to the point where I was doubling as her mother.Im biolar and this triggered a manic attack which hurled me into a depressive phrase directly afterwards.

we had the same job and due to her talking to our boss about our situation, they stopped putting me on the schede, and even though she was living in a different state they kept giving her work, which sucked bc I needed that job to help pay for the the rent she was no longer going to input,not to mention the fact that she now lives with her mom and doesnt have to pay for anything.

i feel like I was cheated.

she's refusing to sign off on the lease even though ive offered to release and just take over myself. she doesnt have any more of her belongings at the apartment and im afraid she will come hurt my dog, or trash the place as she did the first time she left. she threatened to make things difficult and to send my parents my nudes if I give her any trouble.

she showed up with her dad while he was drunk and he threatened me, and told me to go back inside after i asked them when they were planning on signing off on the lease, and I know hes a violent drunk so I just went back inside and waited for them to finish taking their stuff away.

I dont want her to have access to the apartment if shes going to bring her drunk dad around, he used to beat my dog when I lived with them, and having nowhere else to go we endured it.

this apartment was a refuge from him for my roomate as well considering he punched her in the face just before we moved out.

Hes demanding a security deposit but I don't have a job anymore because of her, management won't do anything until she signs off, im spending and maxing out my cards to survive after she left on such short notice. and she just plans on coming willy nilly whenever she wants, even though she's not paying rent, or has any personal belongings in the apartment. im scared to be there. she refuses to sign simply out of spite.
