Bed rest for high blood pressure?

Anyone here experienced high blood pressure with their pregnancy? I’m 21 weeks and this is now day 2 of numbers above 160/100 with headaches, blurred vision, dizziness etc.

I was in the ER and L&D; all night last night from this and I’ve never ever had anything higher than 125/80 or so...everyone’s worried this might be a thing I need to worry about for the rest of this pregnancy. My numbers have been hovering around 155+ over 93-100 or so all day today and after talking on the phone to my OB if i have any more readings today over 140 I need to go back to L&D.;

I’m worried they’ll end up putting me on bed rest but it’s it’s best it’s what’s best and I’ll do whatever I need.

How high and for how long does your BP have to be before they end up putting you on bed rest??
