Sooo is age really just a number??

Question

Or is age a key factor.. I know google is the devil when u look up anything pertaining to your health but my man is 31 and I'm 27.. He has no kids and never had a scare.. I have 2kids and its been almost 5yrs since I was last prego. And I'm scared that either he might be getting to the age of being to old? Or is Google just scaring me..??

They say men over 40 that haven't concieved after 6months should get tested. At the age of 40 men's sperm count and motility go down hill. But it's nothing that would raise great concern.  My husband went from 10mil sperm to 50 mil with diet/life style changes and we did IUI twice and concieved on round two.

OK cuz Google said after 26 men sperm decreases .. N he has a wild side in his younger years.. So I was worried about age and health.. He's been eating better and taking like a men's complete vitamin ..

My hubby and I concieved very easily with our daughter. I was 31 and he was 25.  We are ttc number two four and a half years later.  Every woman and man is different. But men's sperm tend to degrade less than a female at 40. Good luck

I actually worry about that too! I'm 25 and my SO is 34. We're currently not trying to convince because we're not married yet. He has two boys and had them in his 20s n I hv one boy who I had at 18. I'm worried we won't be able conceive due to age..
