Last week my husband had a doctors  appointment and I went with him. 
I wasn’t even there for me and my heart felt like it was exploding out of my chest and I felt light headed! 
I think I just get into my own head, thinking about needles and blood. 
They checked my blood pressure while I was there just cause they wanted to do a quick check for my file, and my blood pressure was 106/65!! They were like, yikes, that’s scary low, are you nervous? Lol
