By when should I have a name chosen?

I am 28+5 and have no idea what I will be naming my daughter. I have a very long list of random names, but honestly don't know if I will use any of them as I want her name to be perfect. When should I have her name chosen?

You just have to decide before you leave the hospital. Wait till she’s born and then decide.

I’ll say by birth. I’m 30+4 and we still haven’t decided on a name. We have a few picked out but we haven’t chosen one. I keep saying we’ll have one by the time he’s born.

It's probably best to pick one by day 3 so the child doesntcome home legally named "baby" then your last name.

There is no time frame. (Within reason) 😂
But it’s whenever you know you’ve made the right choice and are set and love the decision you’ve made. 
If that’s the day of her birth, or even a week after; it doesn’t matter. 
Just as long as you love it and know you’ve made the right choice.
