HELP! Change TTC plans for work?

My husband and I have been TTC for a few months now. Out of the blue a coworker that has repeatedly told me she's not planning on another child soon revealed to me she is pregnant. At our small company it is very difficult for more than one person to be off at a time and having two people gone for two continuous maternity leaves would be a huge strain for everybody left. Should I delay our TTC plans a few months so that our maternity leaves would not overlap?

Am I over thinking this? DH says I'm too worried about it and we need to not base our plans off someone else's life. I totally get that but I really love my job and my coworkers. I don't want to risk losing it. But DH and I are both in our early 30s so I don't feel like we have a ton a time to delay if we want multiple children. Anybody have any advice??
