nausea

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant and I already have severe nausea. :( it sucks. I couldnt feed my daughter without getting sick. I got really hot and started sweating. and unfortunately I cant throw up so its even worse. This is my third pregnancy. Why is it so bad this time?
