Help please

Hi any advice would be helpful.We are on cycle 7 after sadly miscarrying. I typically have a 28 day 29 day cycle sometimes I have a 30 day cycle. This month was a little weird I spotted real dark brown for a few days then totally quit then the next day Brown again and then I started my regular peired. I tested Friday night because I felt like I was ovulating really didn't think I was going to get a positive though 12 day of my cycle I got a positive, I know we're not supposed to check again once you get a positive but I couldn't help it so the next day around noon I took another test and my :-) was gone. That would have been cycle day 13 I usually get my positive on cycle day 14 or 15. This was a 30 day cycle. Just kind of wondering does this mean my chances of getting pregnant this month are lower since I got positive my positive sooner. I still have 15 or 16 days till my next peired.
