I just got the weirdest looks from my friends because I told them I have a date this Friday with my husband.. me and my husband still flirt with eachother too.. the way the look at me it was like if it wasn't normal..

My husband and I do whenever we can! We have two kids and one on the way so whenever my mom can watch them we take advantage. We’ve also had a handful maybe 3 or 4 weekend getaways too. Our relationship needs some alone time as were the type of people that love to get out of the house and explore. Everyone is different but I think it’s important to continually date your spouse and to have time just the two of you without kids. It’s healthy!

im not married... yet. lol but my parents are and they STILL go on dates. i think dating while "Married" is a healthy and necessary  thing to do. share and experience new things, and to be honest, people grow, our ideas, and opinions change and its good to date to keep up with your spouse so together they stay on the same page and grow together. it freshens the marriage and keeps it in harmony!!! So do you and continue to date your husband, its outcome has been positive for couples i know!!!

We’ve been together almost 9 years with twins due in October and we make it a priority to go on dates. We even are making a promise to go on a date once a month once the babies come. I think it’s so important to just spend time as a couple, especially when most of the time is spent tackling life together.
