Having REALLY bad pain..

For the past 3 days the right side of my abdomen and back has been killing me. This isn't round ligament pain, doesn't feel like gas/constipation.. this is some of the worse pain I have ever experienced. It's been waking me up at night. I've also been experiencing low fevers and vomiting. I have no idea what this could be but I am at my wits end. Idk what to do. The hospital I'll be delivering at is an hour away from my house and I currently can't drive and don't have a ride to the hospital. Anyone experience anything similar?
