The heartache of TTC

So I went to my doctor for yearly exam and found out it's been 11 months trying now I have to get some ultrasounds to see how my eggs are developing so I have been in a really sad mood. Thinking something wrong with me.Then 3 days later find out at a really good friend is have baby number 2 and that my husband friend wife is have number 4. I cried most of the day. Why does it have to be so emotional frustrating irritating and a sad process.
