pcos and ovary removal surgery

Hi guys I had pcod since three years and my menstruation was like hell. I used to bleed for 25days a month and sometimes twice a month. I had laparoscopic done in may 2018 (cystectomy) for the removal of cyst which was 15.5cm in size... Quite large huh. When I got my reports doctors found out that I have sertoli leydig tumor stage 1. And they decided to remove the infected ovary and fallopian tube. Following the procedure of the same I had another laproscopic surgery in June 2018. (3days ago)which is known as unilateral salphingo oopherectomy. now they have removed my one of the ovary and fallopian tube. Now everything is normal and I'm happy...
