peeing myself?

recently ive been feeling like i peed myself but it’s not pee. my period was off this month. it was normal my first day and then the next 3 days it was really dry it was mainly brown blood. and it lasted 4 days when i usually last 7 days & during my second day i remember feeling like i peed i thought “oh maybe it all just came” i went to check and my pad was just wet. do i ignore it ?
