Ladies, early pregnant of pre-AF?

Hey ladies I'm 3 days away for my period and things are happening to my body. Has any of these happene to you?

​Pains in my stomach and down my left ovary

​Nausea and a lot of fatigue in waves.
​
​Lots of CM?

Oh and I had some brown spotting a few days back, nothing else came from it though. Just three small brown spots after I wiped
