hemorrhoid help?

14weeks 5days here. And I have an internal hemorrhoid. It itches so bad. And it's the skin all around the anal area. I have tried witch hazel, neosporin, hemorrhoid ointment, suppositories, and hemorrhoid cooling cream. I went to the doc and they said the stuff they can prescribe would not be good for the pregnancy so we didn't do it. Anyone have any suggestions?

The thing I find that helps beat with the itching is making sure that the area is SUPER clean with a wet wipe. Usually, if it itches a lot it means that there is still stuff left behind, that regular toilet paper can’t get as well. Make sure you are eating lots of fiber and drinking lots of water. Suppositories and witch hazel will help too. They suck!!!

I have one that has persisted for years :( luckily it only flares uncomfortably sometimes. Occasional Tylenol helps take the swelling down, and I usually use a thick ointment like aquaphor baby for if it’s itchy or irritated. Curious to see see what helps others on here too!

I tried castor oil (natural anti inflammatory and cooling) with a few drops of tea tree oil and after two days, much better! But don't use on any open wounds or cuts!!
