Did my measurements today...
Holy crap! So I started my weight loss journey a month ago on Saturday. I have only lost 7 pounds so I was feeling a little discouraged. I decided to do my measurements to see where I was at. I have lost 13.5 inches!!! I can't believe it! Just goes to show the scale doesn't measure everything!
