Hoarse voice in baby... help

Hey all

My lo is about 4 1/2 months

Yesterday evening she developed a hoarse voice /:

She doesn’t seemed bothered by it

Not sure if it’s from when she was screaming in her car seat or her rock and play was under the vent 😭

Should I be concerned? Call her ped?

She’s eating and sleeping fine

No other symptoms.

I mean she gets dry boogies after naps but that’s about it.

We also have a humidifier in her room and moved her further away from the vent.

We did a steam shower last night as well

I feel so bad 😭
