Is there anything to prevent chemical?

I know it may sound really silly but I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies and 3 miscarriages. I’ve just got bfp at 10dpo and I am petrified it is going to be chemical again. 
Is there anything I can do to lower chances? 
Booked for hcg check on Thursday which would be when af due

Booked in for first blood test when period is due on Thursday. 
My gp hadn’t done anything up to now but after speaking at lengths today and me raising my concerns again they have said if something happens again this time they will refer me for more tests doing.
I’m not sure if my lines are getting darker but they look good. The ones with no writing are from today

. I hate this part it breaks my heart.

my doc got me to do progesterone and estradiole levels.if they were good he would give me nothing.if not pills to help the baby stick.unfortunatelly i didn't get to do the test.i lost it .ask a doc.

i think as long as lines are getting darker and levels are going up your good ive had 2 chemicals and lost my son at 10 weeks..and with my chemicals the lines never got darker they eventually went down to nothing and i got my period.. get them levels checked asap

Sorry that this has happened to you. With that many miscarriages, I’m curious if/what your doctor has done in response? It’s common for women to miscarry a pregnancy, but three seems like a lot to not be looking into things
