Implantation bleeding?

Has anyone gone through implantation bleeding? If so how did you feel, what's the color, when did it occur, and how long did it last? I'm asking because I got a faint positive a couple days ago and today would be 10 DPO for me and I'm spotting pinkish brown when I wipe and saw a little on my panties this morning...

I had it 14 dpo. It was pinkish brown and lasted 2 days. I also had a lot of cramping. I ended up making an ob appointment and my dr. Said it's very normal and not to worry.
