My AF is due in 5 days I have little to no symptoms I'm exhausted all the time. No matter how much sleep I get I'm still tired headaches and a little nausea

I'd wait till missed period. Last cycle I didn't have any symptoms and thought for sure I was " prego and spaghetti sauce ", but dear AF snuck up on me like clock work.
