I just don't understand

I am 38 weeks 1 day. I am 2ish (nurse and drs words) dilated and 100% effaced. I have been losing my plug for what feels like weeks. I am miserable. Any advice? I was having contractions Saturday 2-3 minutes apart lasting anywhere from 45 second to 1.5 minutes. I wasn't progressing though. I am swelling any time I move whether I have sitting at work all day or up moving. I know my baby girl will be worth it all but I just don't how much more I can take. Any advice will be appreciated.
