Gastro while 14 weeks pregnant :(

I managed to survive the first trimester with no morning sickness just nausea. The minute I turn 14 weeks today I get gastro!!! My partner got gastro 2 days ago I tried as hard as I could not to get it but I woke up at 12:30 with vomiting and. Diarrhoea. I can’t keep any water down my body is just throwing up every half an hour I’m trying to take little sips of water as I can during. I’m really worried will baby be okay? Should I go to the hospital for fluids? I don’t know I just want my baby to be okay in there :(
