Feeling Anxious

Hi Mamas! I posted a few hours ago and am hoping to have a little reassurance. I went in to the dr last Wednesday when I was supposed to be 7 weeks based off of my LMP. At that time, I measured 6 days behind with a heartbeat.Today, 5 days later, I am measuring just 2 days of growth but a strong heartbeat of 144. Technically should be 7w6d measuring 6w3d. I am hoping to hear any stories similar with positive outcomes. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past 7 months. Hopeful this rainbow baby is meant to be. I do have a happy and healthy 3 year old who brings us so much joy--so I'm really going to be focusing on her this next week until the ultrasound next Tuesday.
