trying not to get my hopes up

So, I'm only 4 days late BUT, I have been cramping on and off for the last 3 days...so badly I've gotten sick to my stomach. normally I start cramping, and start within a few hours, but I still haven't started. I've taken a test, and it says negative so I'm trying not to get my Hope's up... have any of you experienced this in the beginning of your pregnancies?

IF I am pregnant, I would either be 4 weeks, or 2 weeks along...
