HHEELLPP MEEEEE

okay, so my baby girl is 1 week and 4 days old. For some reason today I cant put her down for a nap or at all really, she will cry until i pick her up then fall asleep on me. she will only sleep if I'm holding her. i try to fill her belly then get her to sleep but she will still cry if I'm not holding her, i put her in her swing and she will fall asleep. But when i pick her up to put her in her bassinet she will wake up and cry until i hold her. I gave her gas drops thinking maybe it's her belly but she still is crying if she is not in my arms. I just wanna sleep! anyone have any suggestions
