39 + 3 today advice would be great thank you!

so after a month I finally have my original ob back and I couldn't of been any happier. I finally made progress I'm 2 cm dilated finally and I think he said 60 percent effaced. and he swept my membranes thank God lol but it hurt so badly. if been sore ever since but I had contractions on and off or worse Braxton hicks since then but no progress with those. I'm very worried though because, he said since I'm going for the vbac and induction is risky and is setting one up just in case but also if I go beyond 41 weeks I will need another c section. and I'm scared of both. I just really hope this picks up soon and I won't need either but this baby seems to be way to confertable in my tummy. Any advice on ways to help speed up the process would be wonderful
