What should I do?

So I’m 17, I’m sexually active. My body count is about a good amount, but I’ve never been tested. I’ve spoken to my mother about being tested but she said that I didn’t really need to (she thinks I’ve only been with to other individuals) and that I’m young. I should been fine, she says.

I dropped the topic for a while but now I’m realizing the more serious side of how unprotected sex can effect an individual. (I know the consequences and am aware of all possibilities that comes with it) i just always believed that nothing could happen to me, but that’s not the case, anything can happen.

Anyways my mother still doesn’t want to take me to get tested, what should I do? I know I can go to a clinic by myself but I don’t have a job nor do I have insurance. Is there anything I can do?
