Don’t qualify for FMLA...
Hello ladies. Need a little help, so I don’t qualify for FMLA since I haven’t been at my job for 12 month and I have take a Leave of Absence from work. My leave of absence will be without pay which sucks and now I have to find an income while I’m going to be out of work. I’m 32 weeks and my feet and ankles are starting to swell pretty baby. Any suggestions of when to take leave?
