Yes! I’ve taken Plan B twice and a super early period happened for me one of those times. Depending on where you were at in your cycle, this can happen. Plan B is known to jumpstart your period. Be on the lookout for another possible period two weeks from now. At least that’s what happened to me. Plan B screwed up my system so bad and your period may not go back to normal for a month or longer. I didn’t get pregnant though, so worth it in the end!
