I am not afraid to die while flying, although I think it hurts in my stomach which makes me scared and uncomfortable. Lucky me, it looks like I am going to have my worst day on my period the same day as I am flying! 😁 *sarcastic*

To make things better, I am a heavy bleeder. Ironically I am going to the Red Sea! 😂

Anyone been in the same situation, and what is your advice? I am just very uncomfortable already with my period, and what if I freak out while flying?

UPDATE! The problem is that I am too afraid to stand up during the flight. I never even use the bathroom. My aim is always to fall asleep throughout the whole flight as soon as possible. It is so embarrassing! I am a grown up woman! 😂😱
