Why is this so god damn big?!?! Pictures included

Okay so I’ve got this bump on the middle of my bottom lip I never had an issue. I know what everyone’s gonna assume most likely it’s a cold sore but I doubt it because my cold sores go away this one has been in the same spot same size(well same size until tonight) but it’s never bothered me before. I felt my lip was itchy so I itches it and then it went away and then it came back like 5 minutes or so really badly and when I went to itch it that spot went all tingly and so I looked at it and it was huge way bigger then I’ve ever seen it and now it just feels swollen
