I'm 11w 4d and yesterday my old friend brown spotting returned. This is my 4th time this pregnancy to see it and I've had lots of scans and all has been ok with midwife saying sometimes there's just no reason for it. Luckily I have my big 12 week scan tomorrow so not too long to wait but I cannot help but still be anxious. Now I'm thinking omg I'm not feeling any twinges or stretching in my womb area and normally if I see my usual discharge that keeps me happy but because it's tinged with brown I don't know what's what! Anyone else in the 11th week are you feeling much in the uterus area??
