I've heard people have post ovulation symptoms even heard the term post menstrual symptoms thrown out there but these symptoms are kinda like my ovulation symptoms and I really can't tell the difference so I was wondering if anyone else shared the symptoms either during ovulation or after ovulation.

Like 90% sure I ovulated on the 9th I've been experiencing:

Extreme fatigue

Really light nausea (I get nauseous a lot during ovulation)

Constantly hungry

Mildly sensitive breasts but I've went up about a cup size and a half

And pelvic cramping

Oh and this weird ear congestion that I've never experienced before last night. It was clogged, red and swollen for like 5 hours yesterday and I had a bad runny nose but I woke up and it's gone so that was really strange
