Headaches in the third trimester

I brought this up at my obgyn appt yesterday she asked me a series of questions, tested my urine for sugar/protein and it came up negative. My blood pressure was normal but lately after I eat I have headaches. Just wondering if this happens to anyone? She seemed stumped bc I just had the diabetes test.
