Need answers mommies!

So I’m 33 weeks pregnant now I started having itchiness and burning you could say down there.. also a lot of watery discharge today I noticed it was green.. NO SMELL though but before I go on this started at 32 weeks...

i also told my doctor how it’s itchy and a lot of discharge she just said it’s normal and prescribed me a Creme to put in there.. had this happened to any of the mommies??
