Bleeding during week 8, normal?

I’d like to hear some stories of women who have had bleeding and everything has been ok!

Monday night my partner and I were having sex and he told me I was bleeding, he then had to carry me to the bathroom because there was so much blood. There was no pain, or clots or anything, just bright & dark red blood and lots of it.

Tuesday morning and it’s now just brown blood, still no clots. But a few stomach pains.

Hospital won’t do anything yet, I haven’t had any blood tests or scans so far and I’m exactly 8weeks today.

Anyone have any similar stories? Has everything been ok? Even without clots did you still misscarry?
