Doing opks are draining

I came off the pill last month I got a positive opk on CD15 and then AF arrived on CD28. I thought wow amazing my body is back to normal straight away I’m one of the lucky ones. Oh no... Im now on my second month it’s CD17 and ovulation is no where to be seen. So I’ve got no bloody idea when AF will arrive or when I will ovulate or if I even will for that matter! I’m stopping using opk’s as it’s just mentally draining!
