Am I pregnant or not ?

So after 3 miscarriages and a uterine septum removal I am feeling nauseous with tender breasts dizzy and headaches. I finally decide that it’s early but I’m going to test and I buy the first response know early pack with 3 different tests I have attached a phot and all 3 are pretty positive. My cycle is due to start tomorrow. I go for my annual gyn apt and my test in office is negative. So now the wait ... am I pregnant or not ?!!?

Update 13 days after my missed period, my blood results are negative and I get my period. Wtf ....
