What to not eat?

Hi ladies, 
5w+1 day 
I am not due to have my first doctors appointment for another four weeks. 
I have heard so many things about what not to eat like mayonnaise, runny eggs..
I am so confused whilst i am waiting for this appointment. 
Online has very conflicting information. 
Any help will be appreciated please.

Honestly just follow the “everything in moderation” rule. Runny eggs are fine as long as the egg white itself is thoroughly cooked (that’ll let you know it’s been heated long enough). Lunch meat is fine, heated or not. Just get it from a trusted deli/source. Sushi, if you like it, is fine as long as you get it with fish that contain no/low levels of mercury. Just make sure it’s fresh so that the rice hasn’t been sitting for a bit.
